The room was a nice and cosy, everything was clean. The bed was soft and comfy. The staff was welcoming and polite. Breakfast was also good: a small buffet which offered tea, coffee, juice, a small collection of cheese, yogurt, veggies, sausage, bread, jam etc. The staff offered scrambled eggs if the guest wishes. They also had croissants and they were delicious.

The Location was perfect for all attractions, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, Arc d Triumph and Champs de Lise. The staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. Top staff Sufian and Grace at reception, Sufian helped us have an easy check in and check out, even helped with our bags, so thank you so.much🙏 Grace was so lovely and warmed our food up in the microwave, thank you, you deserve a raise with your excellent customer service skills you should be a Manager! Highly recommend this hotel if in Paris 🗼💕🌈✈️

The front-desk reception staff were amazing! She helped us make sure everything was okay with the room each day, and got us transport arrangements back to the airport at 0600hrs in the morning. Excellent service. The room was a bit small, but it is expected, as we are close to the City Centre, and space is a premium. We were luckily to get a room to accomodate my young son together with us. Location is superb. Best review of restaurants all around us. Great quality of food. And decent pricing. I will come back again. Cheers.

The air conditioning was great. The beds were comfy. The shower was powerful (we had a room with a bath and shower). The room had a fridge, so I could put milk or sodas in the room to stay cold/fresh. There was a Monop' just around the corner so you could nip out for groceries (fruit, wine, etc). The staff were friendly and helpful

Great value for value,close to Arc and Champs and metro.clean and comfortable stay.Best of all lovely and very nice staff! Miguel from reception was very nice and always there to help us with our needs even accommodating us even during his lunch time! Excellent customer service. Jeremy from reception was also very good and helpful during our check-in when we arrive during the night!Jayson-kitchen staff was also very good and accommodated our breakfast request! Very friendly and has exceptional customer service!

Location There is a few corner shop and a suoermarket nearby. Eiffel Tower and arc de triomphe are convenient. You can reach them under 20mins on walk.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Central situated small 3 stars hotel in a quiet street, nearby eiffeltower, arc the triomph, champs-elysees, subway. Rooms are small but good enough for 2 adults and a child, every day a clean room and fresh towels. Breakfast was in a small corner by the reception, food was fine. Free coffee all day. People who worked at the hotel do their best for their customers. We had a good stay here.
